Dancing into Life

'Dancing into Life' is an online meditative dance.

It is designed to support your wellbeing and aliveness.

We you’ll experience:

  • We start with a guided warm up to re-connect with body wisdom

  • Move freely to music to dissolve tensions, loosen up and return to the alive-stillness of Being

  • Reflect by drawing/writing/sharing

  • Move gently back into our worlds feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. 


Saturdays 10am

All are welcome. Simply make some space, connect your device to a speaker and move!
